Indian Market: Sensex up over 100 pts

Mumbai/UNI:The BSE Sensex on Friday rose by 122 pts at 51,653.62 on the strength of Finance, Health Care, Industrials and IT stocks.

The Nifty too moved up by 17.55 pts to 15,190.85.The Sensex registered intra days high and low at 51,715.04 and 51,492.95 pts respectively.

The Nifty registered intra days high and low at 15,223.30 and 15,157.75 respectively.

The Mid Cap fell by 0.05 pc while Small Cap rose by 0.40 pc. In 30 scrips 15 advanced while 15 declined.

The gainers were Tech Mahindra by 2.20 pc to Rs 1007.15, Infosys by 2.15 pc to Rs 1319.75, Health Care by 1.41 pc to Rs 984.30, TCS by 0.94 pc to Rs 3236.

The losers were ONGC by 1.26 pc to Rs 98.20, Bharti Airtel by 1.01 pc to Rs 592.35, SBI by 0.86 pc to Rs 386.80 and IndusInd Bank by 0.67 pc to Rs 1015.15.
