Kolkata-based legal solution firm Legal Salah plans to expand its team

Kolkata/IBNS: Legal Salah, a Kolkata-based online legal solution company which provides advice and assistance in tax and other business related matters, is planning to expand its team to reach out to more clients.

"Currently Legal Salah has a team of 20 who are based in Kolkata. Soon the strength will be swelling to 35," said an official of Legal Salah.

In 2020, the start-up raised $1 million in seed funding from a team of city-based investors.

According to the company, its aim is to make legal work simpler and accessible for all.

One of their key areas of work includes helping clients to achieve timely compliances and avoid penalties, the company said.

According to the company, over the past two years, it has served almost 200,00 start-ups and SMEs across India as well as brands such as Sulekha, Hero, Duck Back, and Oyo life.
