Petrol, diesel prices reduced

New Delhi, Dec 31 (IBNS) Giving relief to consumers on the last day of the year, prices of diesel and petrol were reduced on Thursday.

While petrol price was reduced by Rs 0.63 per litre in Delhi  (including State levies).

Diesel prices will by slashed by Rs 1.06 per litre in the national capital.

" Decrease in Retail Selling Price of Petrol by Rs. 0.63/litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding price revision in other States. With this change, the price of Petrol in Delhi will become Rs. 59.35/litre," state-run Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOC) said in a statement.

"Decrease in Retail Selling Price of Diesel by Rs. 1.06/litre at Delhi (including State levies) with corresponding price revision in other States. With this change, the price of Diesel in Delhi will become Rs. 45.03/litre," it said.
