Substantial ease for airlines as OMC's reduce ATF prices

New Delhi/UNI: The prices of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) were reduced by 2.2 per cent on Saturday.

The reduced prices will come into effect from Saturday.

According to a price notification of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), a KL of ATF for domestic airlines will cost Rs 138,147.93 in Delhi, Rs 1,44,575.71 in Kolkata, Rs 137,095.74 in Mumbai and Rs 143,212.25 in Chennai.

This is the second revision of the rates this year.

AFT prices are revised on the first and 16th of every month. There was no change on July 1.

However, prices of diesel and petrol have remained unchanged.
