Tata Power launches book on company's 100 years in business

Mumbai, Mar 14 (IBNS) Tata Power Company Limited (Tata Power), to mark its centenary year, has launched a book titled Invisible Goodness: the story of Tata Power, authored by Anil Dharker, which chronicles the journey of one of India's oldest power companies.

Tata Power is India's largest integrated power company with a growing international presence. 

According to the company, the book reflects the dream of its founder Jamshedji Tata of providing cheap, clean and abundant power.

Through anecdotes of three generation of workers, the book chronicles their challenges and triumphs.

Anil Sardana, MD and CEO, Tata Power, said, "Tata Power has achieved noteworthy milestones since its inception, which have contributed significantly to nation building. The welfare of our employees and the community at large has always been a core value at Tata Power and I am grateful to Mr Anil Dharker for highlighting this so beautifully through his book."
