TCS ranked as UK's no 1 employer by Top Employers Institute

"This is first time TCS has received the number one ranking in the UK, although the Company had achieved the Top Employer certification during the last five years. IT was ranked second in 2013  &  2014. TCS was ranked in this pole position ahead of 77 other accredited top employers in the country," the company said in a statement.

TCS was recognised as an exceptional performer across five core Human Resources (HR) areas such as primary and secondary benefits, working conditions, training and development, career development and company culture.
