There is a clear sign of revival of Industrial production: Nirmala Sitharaman

New Delhi, Sept 14 (IBNS): Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday announced several measures to boost exports and said there is a clear sign of revival of industrial production.

She said inflation is currently under control.

"Inflation is under control and there is a clear sign of revival of Industrial production," she said addressing a press conference on Saturday.

Nirmala Sitharaman had announced several measures while addressing the press conference twice in recent times.

"Government is focused on exports promotion," she said.

She said that annual mega shopping festivals will be held in order to boost small and medium scale enterprises.

The Union Finance Minister said: "There will be total removal of human interface in tax assessment."
