Kolkata, Mar 27 (IBNS): India's top mobile balance management service app "True Balance has introduced a welcomed addition of ‘One-click Recharge’ feature to facilitate easy phone bill payments through its platform.

Now, with ‘One-click Recharge’, users can not only process their remaining balance but can also recharge easily with the click of a button.

The new feature addition is aimed towards easing the complicated phone bill system in India by empowering customers with a strong advantage of recharging with just one click. Moreover the app has also made tracking data usage more convenient as users don’t have to dial the USSD code on the dial pad physically.

Launched in 2014, True Balance has been providing various features around managing phone bills to pre paid users in India and allows users to know how much data has been consumed, how much money is left and how many days for the next recharge with just a swipe.

The platform further enhances the experience with features like ‘right time alarm’ which allows users to set their alarm limit and automatically informs users whenever their main balance is running low.

True Balance is currently reaching out to  more than  30 million users in India for checking balance, receiving push alarm for adding balance, and recommendations on recharge pack, etc.

Speaking on the new feature enhancement, Charlie Lee, CEO , True Balance said “One-click Recharge’ will be the central feature that will lead in expanding the sales by increasing app retention. As the user opts for one-touch recharge, he is offered two packs to choose from. While the first is based on the last data pack that he purchased, the second one is a recommendation based on his consumption amount and apps used most. Our vision is to become a one stop mobile balance manager facilitating balance check and re-charging all on a single platform. “

The app has also launched a Cashback promotion, open for a limited time, to further maximize sales and strengthen customer retention. During this promotion, users can get 10% (maximum 10 rupees) back from their recharging amount. Cashback recharging service at its core, provides incentives for users to recharge even more amount to increase retention and contribute to sales growth. In the future, Cashback promotion will provide various options to enable continuous recharging, based on personal recharging patterns.

Also, True Balance has a plan to add ‘Post Paid feature’, in a reflection of recent rising trend in India for Post Paid rate system. Currently, Post Paid recharging feature is not supported by any other balance management apps, so users can conveniently use True Balance for using Post Paid feature.
