Volvo Cars partners with Krishna Auto Sales and opens dealership in Ludhiana

Kolkata, Oct 5 (IBNS): Volvo Cars, the Swedish luxury car company, has opened a new dealership, Krishna Auto Sales, in Ludhiana on Thursday.

The latest addition by the brand is its second dealership in Punjab.

The first one was launched in Chandigarh in 2014. Besides Ludhiana, the dealership will also cater to the neighbouring cities like Jalandhar, Patiala and Bathinda. The facility was inaugurated by Charles Frump, Managing Director, Volvo Auto India.

Krishna Auto Sales is a modern 3S dealership located in the heart of automotive hub on Dhandari Kalan. The 24,000 sq ft facility - with its 9000 sq ft of showroom space and 15000 sq ft of dedicated service centre - exudes Volvo’s Scandinavian hospitality. The fully operational state-of-the-art service facility will cater to the increasing demand of the high-end luxury cars across the region.

Inaugurating the dealership in the city, Charles Frump, Managing Director, Volvo Auto India said, “Ludhiana is one of the major industrial hubs of northern India and thus, an important market for us. We, at Volvo Cars, are planning to expand the brand’s presence and attract new customers in Punjab. Setting up our base in the city will propel us to make in-roads into the luxury segment regionally and nationally. Our association with Krishna Auto Sales will help us cater to our customers with Scandinavian design, intuitive technology, personalized Customer service and World-Class safety.”
