On Monday, the province reported no new deaths.

The Chinese mainland reported 86 new imported cases of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) Monday, bringing the total number of imported cases to 1,464, the National Health Commission said Tuesday.

The mainland also reported three new suspected cases Monday, all imported, the commission said in its daily report.

Of the total imported cases, 559 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, and 905 were being treated in hospitals with 37 in severe condition, the commission said.

No death had been reported from the imported cases.
