Fiji Cyclone: Death toll reaches 28
Suva, Feb 23 (IBNS) At least 28 people have died in the cyclone hit Fiji, according to reports.
Tropical cyclone Winston is the most powerful to have hit Southern Hemisphere according to records.
Fijian Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama was quoted in the media as saying, "There are Fijians out there who are without water, without a roof over their heads, without food and without essential services."
