Gautam Gambhir self-isolates after COVID-19 case at home

New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer and BJP MP Gautam Gambhir has said he is staying in isolation in his home after someone at his home has contracted the virus.

 

The cricketer said he is awaiting hsi COVID-19 test result.

Gambhir said no one should take the disease lightly.

In a tweet, he said: "Due to a case at home, I have been in isolation awaiting my COVID test result. Urge everyone to follow all guidelines & not take this lightly. Stay safe!"

Gambhir won the Lok Sabha polls last year.
