India's COVID-19 tally inches towards 82000-mark

New Delhi/IBNS: India's COVID-19 tally is all set to touch the 82000-mark as 3967 cases were reported in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health data revealed.

There are 51401 active cases in India at present.

So far, 27919 people have been discharged from hospitals.

The country has seen 2649 COVID-19 deaths.

The COVID-19 tally in India now stands at 81,970.

Maharashtra remained at the top of the chart with 27,524 cases and 1019 deaths.
