Tech major HP Inc. has unveiled the HP EliteBoard G1a Next Gen AI PC, a CES 2026 Innovation Award Honoree and the world’s first full AI PC built directly into a keyboard, aimed at redefining how and where modern work gets done.

Designed to move, connect, and adapt to any workspace, the EliteBoard signals HP’s vision for the future of work.
Complementing the launch, HP also introduced the HP Series 7 Pro 4K Monitor, a high-performance display built for professionals demanding superior visual fidelity and seamless workflows.

“Work is being redesigned in real time—where it happens, how it happens, and what tools employees need to stay productive,” said Guayente Sanmartin, Senior Vice President and Division President, Commercial Systems & Display Solutions at HP Inc. “HP’s focus is to remove the friction and complexity that slows people down and turn emerging AI into a real advantage. The HP EliteBoard G1a Next Gen AI PC does exactly that by delivering next-generation local AI power in a keyboard-sized form factor that moves at the speed of modern work.”

HP EliteBoard G1a: Redefining the Desk Experience

According to the HP 2025 Work Relationship Index, only 44 percent of workers believe their current technology aligns with their working style, highlighting a growing gap between expectations and workplace tools.

As work becomes increasingly fluid and cross-functional, professionals require modular, mobile, and personalized setups. HP aims to address this shift with the EliteBoard G1a, which reimagines the traditional desktop experience.

Built into a sleek, ultra-compact keyboard, the HP EliteBoard G1a Next Gen AI PC is a Copilot+ PC and EPEAT 2.0 Gold Registered Product, delivering desktop-class performance and advanced AI capabilities in a highly portable form factor.

With an ultra-thin 12 mm profile and weighing just 750 grams, the device is less than half the weight of a traditional notebook PC. It integrates dual microphones and speakers into the keyboard and connects effortlessly to displays of any size, creating a minimalist, clutter-free workspace.

Powered by an AMD Ryzen™ AI 300 Series processor, the EliteBoard delivers over 50 TOPS NPU performance, enabling fast, responsive, and lag-free AI-assisted productivity. Features such as HP Smart Sense, AMD Auto State Management (ASM), and an optional built-in battery dynamically optimize performance, cooling, and power efficiency.

Security is handled by HP Wolf Security for Business, offering hardware-enforced protection against firmware-level attacks and emerging quantum threats, along with full endpoint security and a tethered, lockable cable for physical protection.
