Indian Council for Cultural Relations to award restaurants promoting Indian cuisine abroad
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), with the purpose of recognising restaurants abroad that have made outstanding contributions to the promotion of Indian cuisine, plans to award Annapurna Certificate.
In this regard, nominations are being sought from restaurants in Canada for further submission to ICCR.
The guidelines include general terms and conditions for the participating restaurants as well as the proforma seeking details for this purpose.
