Kolkata eatery celebrates Awadhi Kebab and Kulcha festival

Kolkata, July 29 (IBNS): As the country celebrates Eid on Tuesday, Metropole Ivory Kitchen added to the mood of festivity by launching Awadhi essence and variety of dishes at the 'Kebab and Kulcha Festival' in Kolkata.

The festival started from July 25 and will continue till Aug 3.

Organizers have even added vegetarian  touch to the cuisine with dishes like Chhena Ki Naram seeka, Palak Shastri Kebab, Namam Dahi Ki Chapli, Kadai Daal Ki Seekh.

The Chief Chef Rao said, “From the first day, Ivory Kitchen has been famous for its dishes like Sham Savera and the like but this time we are trying to do something new. We are trying the kababs which we have made available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian sections. These when served with kulcha.”

The menu offers to the customers non-vegetarian dishes like Tandoor Zatar Jalpari, Mahi Lucknowi Mahi Tikka, Mahi Taftan, Murgh-e- Cajunee among others.
