LG to give out G4 smartphone as part of its consumer experience campaign in India

Kolkata, Apr 16 (IBNS) As part of its most ambitious smartphone introduction yet, LG Electronics India will select a handful of Indian consumers who will ‘test drive’ the new LG G4 smartphone weeks before its official launch.

The G4 ‘test drive’ programme kick started in India from Wednesday.

Participants will be selected from applicants based on their entry responses. Individuals can increase their chances of being selected by sharing their application experience on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

Once selected, participants will be given an LG G4 for up to 30 days to experience its unique design and features, including its personalized UX, high performance camera and impressive display for sharing online.

Participants will be given various assignments to carry out over the course of their experience and prizes awarded.

About the programme, Amit Gujral, Marketing Head, LG Mobiles India said, “A smartphone doesn’t solve its purpose if it tops all the speed and benchmark tests but fails to satisfy the consumer needs. Realizing this, LG India is bringing this exciting and unique way to get our most important mobile product of the year, the LG G4, close to the consumers. I hope that the consumers like this offering by LG and participate in large numbers in this programme.”
