Mumbai, Dec 18 (IBNS) Ritu Kumar, Anita Dongre, Rohit Bal, Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla along with 100 more premier brands have partnered with online wedding portal Indear.in, to reach out to more customers online.

Launched by Sanna Vohra, Indear is India’s first discovery and inspiration-based wedding portal where users can search for, save, and share wedding ideas sourced from the best brands and vendors across the Indian wedding industry.

The Indian wedding industry is valued at around $40 billion, and is growing at a rate of 25 – 30% year-on-year, with destination weddings and luxury weddings playing an increasingly important role in the booming sector. With more than 50% of its population under 25, India will be seeing nearly 400 million people getting married in the next 15 years. Indear.in aims to seize this opportunity to become the primary online platform for all wedding-related discoveries.

The portal has tied up with food and beverage brands like Le 15 Patisserie, Taj Resorts, Hotels & Palaces, Shangri-La Hotels, jewelry designers like The House of Rose, Amrapali, Farah Khan Fine Jewellery to name a few. They have also got leading wedding planners like The Wedding Filmer, weddingstudioohsoboho and L'Amore Weddings amongst others.

Speaking on the launch of her maiden venture, Sanna Vohra, Founder and CEO, Indear.in said, “India is predicted to overtake the US and become home to the world’s largest wedding industry within the next two years. This has lead to an enormous demand for wedding services that provide a wide array of ideas and information, especially in the online space. Indear.in intends to bridge this gap by helping users discover their dream weddings, share it with their families, and then give them the tools to make it a reality.”

With this exciting new venture and to mark the arrival of the wedding season, Indear.in has created a wedding film called ‘Accidentally in Love’. This beautiful wedding story is about a couple that comes closer while planning their relatives’ wedding. Just as the name states, they fall in love accidentally. Below is the link to the video.
