30 Flights, 65 trains delayed due to fog in Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 24 (IBNS): At least 30 flights and 65 trains delayed owing to dense fog in Delhi on Wednesday morning, media reports said. Four other trains were also cancelled.

Sources said at least 57 trains coming to the city were running late while eight trains departing from the national capital were rescheduled due to heavy blanket of fog.

Met department sources said the visibility at 8.30 am was 150 metres and humidity 97 per cent. The minimum temperature settled three notches below the season’s average which stood at 5.3 degrees Celsius.

The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 16.3 degrees Celsius, reports said.

Tuesday's minimum temperature settled at 6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
