5.7 earthquake hits Japan
Tokyo, Sept 26 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter Scale hit Okinawa-honto Kinkai region of Japan on Monday, officials said.
The epicentre of the quake was located at latitude 27.4 north and longitude 128.6 east.
The quake hit at a depth of 40 kilometers.
No casualty and damage to property has been reported so far.
