New Delhi, Apr 23 (UNI): Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Gopal Rai on Tuesday announced that the party would release its central manifesto on April 25.

Speaking to reports in the presence of all the seven AAP candidates, Rai said: "On April 25 our central manifesto will be released. We will tell why we are fighting the Lok Sabha elections in Delhi. We will tell our roadmap and what are the advantages of voting for AAP."

"After May 1, all the seven candidates of Delhi LS seats will release manifesto of their respective constituencies," Rai said.

'The way the Aam Aadmi Party's candidates have been working for the past three months, the ruling party of the country, BJP and Congress are afraid of it. The work of the Arvind Kejriwal government and the hard work of our candidates has made a strong identity in the common man of Delhi," he said.

"This time, the Lok Sabha election is very important for the rights of the people of Delhi. One vote given to Congress is equal to voting for the BJP, it is a battle for Delhi's right and this time you need to think very carefully before voting," he said.

"All seven AAP candidates will win and become MP and will raise their voice for full statehood for Delhi in Parliament. AAP is fighting this election will all its energy and forces in order to get justice for Delhi," Rai said.

Delhi is witnessing a triangular contest involving the Congress, the BJP and the AAP in the Lok Sabha polls. Efforts to form an alliance between the Congress and AAP went on till the last moment but didn't materialise.

Voting for all the seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi will be held on May 12.
