Across the world a new image of India has emerged: Modi tells Indian community

San Jose, Sept 28 (IBNS): Indian PM Narendra Modi on Monday interacted with people from Indian community at the SAP Centre in San Jose and said a 'new image' of India has emerged across the world.

"Across the world a new image of India has emerged. The old thoughts about India are going away," PM Modi said amid a cheering crowd.

Addressing people of the Indian community who have worked in the world of IT here,Modi said: "Your fingers created magic on the keyboard and the computer and this gave India a new identity. Your skill & commitment is wonderful

Modi said he has faith in the nation because 'India is youthful'.

Modi said Terror and global warming are two pressing issues that the world is currently facing.

"We need to mitigate these two menaces," he said.
