AFORD welcomes the notification of Odisha Revenue Dept

Bhubaneswar, Sept 19 (IBNS): Association For Odisha Realestate Developers (AFORD) has welcomed the decision of Revenue Department, of Odisha government for considering the difficulties faced by the flat/apartment owners to re-sale their properties due to the recent restrictions in force about registration without ROR.
As the flat / apartment owners could not do mutation due   to non - apportionment shares in the land, ROR was not possible to be created. 
 
This objection was raised by many people’s forum and the builder’s association AFORD .
 
Umesh Patnaik , President , AFORD expressed his appreciation to the Revenue Department for considering the general public problem and is hopeful that the it shall take further judicious steps to facilitate the transfer of property and simultaneously deter the fraudulent activities.
