After Shatrughan Sinha moves to Congress, now his wife Poonam Sinha joins Samajwadi Party

New Delhi, Apr 16 (IBNS): In the season of Lok Sabha polls, Congress leader Shatrughan Sinha's wife Poonam Sinha joined the Samajwadi party in Lucknow on Tuesday.

She met SP leader and party chief Akhilesh Yadav's wife Dimple Yadav.

She joined the party amid reports that she might be contesting from Lucknow in the Lok Sabha polls.

Shatrughan Sinha quit the Bharatiya Janata Party and joined the Congress last week.

He had been a part of the BJP for several years.
