AP: Sachin visits his adopted village Puttamraju Kandrika

Nellore, Nov 16 (IBNS): Cricketing legend and Rajya Sabha MP Sachin Tendulkar on Sunday received a warm welcome from Andhra Pradesh's Puttamraju Kandrika village as he visited the place.
Tendulkar adopted the village under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana.
 
The "Little Master" announced wi-fi and uninterrupted power supply among the few things 
 
He will lay the foundation stone for housing, construction of road and some other development works being undertaken with the Rs.2.79 crore, which he has been provided under his MP Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS) funds, reports said.
 
Tendulkar is likely to interact with farmers, children and youth in his adopted village.
 
As the legendary cricketer visited the village, elaborate security arrangements are in place made.
