New Delhi, Dec 24 (IBNS) Former India Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and late Indian educationist-politician and freedom fighter Madan Mohan Malviya will be conferred the Bharat Ratna, according to reports.

Bharat Ratna is India's highest civilian award.
