Child Commission directs police to file FIR against Shah Rukh
Mumbai, Mar 20(IBNS) The Child Commission has ordered Mumbai Police to register an FIR against actor Shah Rukh Khan in connection with the Wankhede Brawl that took place during IPL in 2013.
The actor has been accused by the commission for using filthy language before children causing them mental suffering.
Reports said on Friday that the FIR is to be registered under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, 2006.
The commission has also ordered an enquiry "for not registering FIR. in this matter" all this while.
Shah Rukh Khan got embroiled in brawl with the Wankhede stadium security guard during IPL tournament in 2013 that led to MCA imposing a five-year ban on him.
Khan later admitted that shouldn't have reacted like that.
