Hathras/IBNS: A class 2 boy has been "sacrificed" as a part of "black magic" at a private school in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras, media reports said.

The boy was allegedly killed inside the school hostel for the "success" of the school.

The incident happened at DL Public School in Rasgawan.

Five people- the school's director, his father and three teachers- have been arrested.

Dinesh Bhagel, the father of the school director, believed in "black magic", police said.

The probe found items of "black magic" near the school. The accused strangled the boy to death.

Krishan Kushwaha, the father of the boy, on Monday got a call from the school administration which informed him that his son was ill.

When he reached the school, the authorities told him that the school director took his son to a hospital in a car.

Later, Kushwaha discovered his son in Baghel's car.
