Congress workers stage protest in Srinagar against BJP PDP government

Srinagar, May 5 (IBNS) : Congress workers on Tuesday protested on the streets of Srinagar and observed a black Day against the ruling of BJP-PDP government in Jammu and Kashmir.

MLA Engineer Rashid has been taken into custody by police. 

 
Rashid and other protesters were protesting outside the state secretariat against the state's new recruitment policy.

The policy proposes a eight year contractual employment in state jobs instead of the regular permanent jobs.
