New Delhi, July 1 (IBNS): Eleven members of a family have been found dead inside their house in Delhi's Burari area on Sunday morning, reports said.

When the police visited the house, they found some of the victims hanging from an iron grill ceiling, while others were lying blindfolded on the floor with their limbs tied up.

The police suspect that the family members have committed suicide.

Seven of the victims are women including a 75-year-old.

According to reports, the family had a grocery shop and plywood business outside their home in Burari's Sant Nagar.

As their shop generally opened by 6 am, on finding it closed till 7:30 am, a neighbour went to check on the family and saw most of them hanging from the ceiling.

He informed the police immediately.

The entire area has been cordoned off by the police.
