The incident occurred in NorthEast Delhi's Bhajanpura area.

Sumit Chaudhary alias Prem, the victim, was sitting outside his house in Gamri Extension late when three-four came and he got involved in a spat with them.

Prem was taken to a hospital where he was declared brought-dead.

Police said the victim was accused in an attempted murder case and he was out on bail.
