Four key suspects of Patna blasts arrested
The arrested men have been identified as Haider, Numan, Taufeeq, and Muzibullah. They were absconding since the blasts took place.
The NIA said the four men planned and executed the blasts along with IM chief Tehseen Akhtar, who was arrested in March.
