Four NDFB(S) militants nabbed in Assam

Guwahati, Nov 10 (IBNS) : Four hardcore cadres of National Democratic Front of Bodoland (Sangbijit faction) including an 'Area Commander' were nabbed by army in Assam's Baska district on Monday, officials said.
Acting on a tip-off, the army launched operation at Balabari area near Goreswar in the lower Assam district and apprehended the militants.
 
The nabbed militants were identified as self styled Area Commander of NDFB(S) Ratan Boro, Sanjib Boro, Chiran Boro and Namalu Boro.
 
Army recovered two 7.65 pistols, one point 22 pistol, 11 hand grenades, three magazines, 43 rounds live ammunition, two mobile handsets, 13 SIM cards in possession from them.
