Kolkata, Nov 6 (IBNS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday called  the 'GST' as 'Great Selfish Tax' and said it has been introduced by the Centre to harass people.

"Great Selfish Tax (GST) to harass the people. To take away jobs. To hurt businesses. To finish the economy. GoI totally failed to tackle #GST," Banerjee tweeted.

She also urged people to turn their Twitter dp to black on Nov 8 to protest on one year of note ban anniversary.

She called note ban as a disaster.
