India needs to resolve Kashmir issue to improve ties with Pak: Nawaz Sharif
Islamabad, Oct 21 (IBNS): Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that India needs to resolve the Kashmir issue in order to improve ties between two countries.
"Addressing Pakistani community soon after arriving in the US on a four-day official tour, the Premier termed the Indian response to Pakistan’s desire for better bilateral ties as discouraging," Pakistan's Geo TV reported.
Sharif noted that the problem of Kashmir will have to be resolved for peace and stability in the region.
He also termed Kashmir as "the bone of contention between Pakistan and India."
