Indian prisoners in Saudi Arabia return home

New Delhi, July 18 (IBNS): Forty Indian people, who were languishing in a Saudi Arabia jail, returned to India on Friday.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj ensured their speedy release from Saudi Arabia.

"Successful Intervention! Following Minister @SushmaSwaraj intervention 40 Indians languishing in jail in Saudi Arabia returned home today," Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin tweeted.

"Welcome Back! Minister @SushmaSwaraj meets 40 Indians released from prison in Saudi Arabia after her intervention," he later tweeted.
