Jammu and Kashmir: 1 terrorist killed in Kupwara
Srinagar, Nov 11 (IBNS): At least one terrorist was killed during a shootout with the security forces in Handwara area of Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, police said.
The identity of the slain terrorist is not known so far.
Police said arms and ammunition were recovered from the spot.
Kashmir Police Zone tweeted: "Handwara update: One terrorist killed . Identity being ascertained. Arms and ammunition recovered. Information is preliminary in nature.@JmuKmrPolice."
