Jammu and Kashmir: 2 terrorists killed during encounter with security forces in Anantnag

Srinagar, Aug 29 (IBNS): Two terrorists were killed during an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag area on Wednesday, officials said.

Police said two weapons have been recovered from the deceased terrorists.

Cleaning operation is currently going on, said police.

Jammu and Kashmir police chief SP Vaid tweeted: "Anantnag encounter completed, 2 bodies of terrorists along with 2 weapons recovered from the site. A clean operation with precision."
