Jammu: Persons with negative report exempted from testing at Lakhanpur

Jammu/IBNS: District administration Kathua and Chairman DDMA, Rahul Yadav has ordered exemption from covid testing of persons having negative RTPCR report at Lakhanpur. 

“As per communication received from Divisional Commissioner Jammu, it is hereby ordered that all  passengers entering J&K carrying the covid RT-PCR negative report for the test conducted during the last

48 hours may be allowed for hassle free movement without subsequent testing at Lakhanpur as well as  railway station Kathua,” reads the order issued by Rahul Yadav.

Yadav told us that people with covid negative report of not more than 48 hours, will be allowed to enter  into J&K through Lakhanpur without them being subjected to subsequent covid testing.

Today, 6,500 people were tested for covid19 on their entry at Lakhanpur, he informed.
