Chennai, Nov 7 (IBNS) :  Superstar  Kamal Haasan on Tuesday said he will be going on a tour across Tamil Nadu to understand people's problems before officially launching his party.

“My dream is to create a good Tamil Nadu”, the actor said on the occasion of his birthday. “It is important to strengthen the base, before launching the party."

"I have an idea to travel across the state and find out the problems of the people and also find myself," he said.

The actor, who has been in news for quite some time more because of his intended plunge into politics,
cancelled the celebration of his 63rd  birthday on Tuesday  to launch a mobile app which he said will provide a platform to people to expose corruption.

While speaking to his fans during the launch of a whileblowing app, #miamwhilstle, he  said the  mobile app will be more of a platform for public with the aim of reaching out to the people.

The actor, who was recently in news for his controversial ‘Hindu terror’ remark, apparently sought to clarify himself, saying, “I definitely don’t want to hurt Hindu sentiments, as I myself belong to a Hindu family, but have taken a different path. I did not use the word terror, the word I used was ‘extreme’, like some of my fans who love me."

Talking about the app,Kamal Hassan said, "I do not want to be to the left or the right, and be at the centre, which is why I have named it Maiam Whistle. It is an app through which you can make your complaints and we will address the problems."
