Karnataka Minister Madhu Bangarappa escapes accident without injury

Tumkuru/UNI: Karnataka Minister Madhu Bangarappa narrowly escaped an accident after the car in which he was traveling collided with a lorry at Kyatsandra police station here.

The minister was en route to Bengaluru from Shivamogga when the car met with the accident on Wednesday night. The vehicle sustained significant damage on its front side, the police said.

Despite a heavy impact due to the collision, all the travelers in the car escaped without any injuries, it said.

Soon after the mishap, Bangarappa left for Bengaluru in another vehicle, police said.
