Kashmir: Educationist, social worker Shah from Karnah joins PDP
Srinagar/UNI: Prominent social activist and educationist from border town of Karnah in Jammu and Kashmir, Syed Idress Shah, on Wednesday joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
A PDP spokesman confirmed that Shah from Karnch in the frontier district of Kupwara has joined the party.
Shah was welcomed to the party fold by PDP president and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, he said.
