Srinagar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi clicked a selfie with an Apiculturist, who runs a successful beekeeping business in the Kashmir valley, during his public rally at Srinagar on Thursday.

Nazim, a beekeeping entrepreneur from south Kashmir’s Pulwama district requested the Prime Minister for a selfie during the public rally at Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar.

“A memorable selfie with my friend Nazim,” the Prime Minister posted the selfie on his personal account on X (formerly Twitter).

“I was impressed by the good work he’s doing,” Modi said.

“At the public meeting, he requested a selfie and was happy to meet him. My best wishes for his future endeavours,” the Prime Minister added.

Earlier, Nazim spoke in detail about beekeeping, a business he had dreamt of establishing, before the Prime Minister at Bakshi Stadium and received praise for his efforts to become a successful entrepreneur.

Despite completing his education, Nazim did not pursue a government job, instead made efforts to realise his long cherished childhood dream of becoming a successful beekeeper.
