Kashmir's LG extends Diwali greetings
Jammu/IBNS: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended his greetings to the people of Jammu Kashmir on the eve of Diwali.
In a message, Lt Governor said that the festival of Deepawali is a harbinger of joy, happiness and prosperity.
"It is a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness and of hope over despair. The festival celebrates the victory of good over evil and reflects the true spirit of our composite culture,” he said.
