New Delhi, Feb 12 (IBNS): Two days before taking oath in the Ramlila Maidan, Delhi Chief Ministerial designate Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here.

Accompanied by senior colleague Manish Sisodia, Kejriwal met the PM at his  Race Course Road residence.

After the meeting, Sisodia told reporters: "We had a good talk with the PM."

Kejriwal is all set to take oath of office in a grand manner at the Ramlila Maidan.

Following his landslide victory, Kejriwal sent a message of thanks to the voters on FM radio and also invited the Delhi residents for his oath-taking ceremony at the Ramlila Maidan.

On Wednesday Kejriwal tweeted: "We want constructive n healthy relationship wid centre."

Winning 67 seats out of the total 70, the AAP surpassed the figures that were projected by exit polls on Saturday when Delhi had voted to elect a new Assembly.

Starting another innings in his political career, Kejriwal, who had shocked Delhi by resigning as the Delhi Chief Minister last year Feb only after 49 days in power, will take oath on Saturday as the chief minister of Delhi for the second time.
