Kurnool: Couple commits suicide after killing their two children

Kurnool, Mar 20 (UNI) A couple allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves after killing their two children in their house at Budagajangala colony in Nandikotkuru town in this district on Wednesday.

Police said that Veernjaneyulu (35) and his wife Vasanth (32) were found hanging in their house by the neighbours and they informed to police.


The couple killed their son Rajesh (5) and Ramalakshmi (7) before ending their lives.


Inspector of Police Madhusudhan Reddy and Sub-inspector Chandrasekhar Reddy visited the scene of offence and registered a case.


Financial problems are suspected to be the motive for the couple taking the extreme step.
