Madan Mitra released from SSKM hospital

| | Nov 27, 2014, at 02:15 am
Kolkata, Nov 26 (IBNS): Seth Sukhlal Karnani Memorial (SSKM) Hospital on Wednesday discharged West Bengal Sports and Transport Minister Madan Mitra.
After checking Mitra's polysomnogram test report, 8 doctors' medical board decided to release him from the hospital.

Doctors said, "Now he is fit enough and no need to stay here. He can go home."

The doctors prescribed him some medicines and told him to come for check up after 7 days.

Madan Mitra quietly left Belle Vue Clinic and allegedly took refuge in the government's own SSKM Hospital on Nov 20.  Doctors were trying hard during this six days to find disease in  Mitra's body, but they failed.

After getting released, Madan Mitra went to his house in Bhawanipur.

He told journalists that he was ready to help Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Saradha probe and after receiving summon from the probe agency he would be present at their office.

According to CBI sources, they will wait for 2-3 days and then will send second summon to Mitra.

If Mitra does not appear before the probe agency after the second call, the CBI said it will detain him to interrogate.
