Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar tests Covid-19 positive
Mumbai/UNI: Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar tested Covid-19 positive on Monday.
He has been admitted to Breach Canady hospital this morning, where his condition was stated to be stable.
On social media, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Pawar said he was asymptomatic but as a precautionary measure advised by his doctors, got himself admitted to the hospital.
Last week, former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis had tested positive for the deadly virus.
