Man burnt alive after bus catches fire in Assam accident

Guwahati, Jun 30 (IBNS): A man was burnt alive after a bus caught fire following an accident in Assam’s Biswanath district last night.

The incident took place at Biswanath Chariali Sadharu area where head on collision between a passenger bus coming from Itanagar to Shillong and a motor cycle.

Following the incident the bus caught fire and one injured biker was burnt alive.

One biker was taken away to about 200 meter by the speedy bus.

Another biker also died in the accident.

The bus driver and 35 passengers have managed to escape before it caught fire.

Later, locals and fire tenders have managed to douse the flames.
