Mumbai cop commits suicide after shooting senior colleague

Mumbai, May 3 (IBNS): A Mumbai Police officer has committed suicide after killing his senior colleague inside the Vakola police station following a dispute over leave.
According to reports, Assistant Sub inspector Dileep Shirke killed himself after firing three rounds at Senior Inspector Vilas Joshi. 
 
Shirke's family has alleged that he was suffering from depression after the department started an inquiry into the leave he had taken.
 
On Saturday evening following a heated argument, Shirke allegedly fired at Joshi with his service revolver.
